Customer Service Assistant required for a 2-3 month temporary contract
Working with a luxury goods company an experienced customer service person is required for a 2-3 month period.
Objective of the role is to clear the back log of customer queries received via social media or email.
Candidates will need to have previous customer service experience and know how to respond to customers
You will also need to have good working knowledge of social media outlets.
Excellent communication is a must for this role especially written communication
Must have good PC skills and the ability to pick new systems up quickly
This is an office based role on Stockley Park working Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm
