Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Immediate Start

- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to offer the best possible service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
