They are supported by a vast dealer network across the world.CSR is an administrative role within the department, dealing with queries from the Sales and Customer Service Department. Keeping tabs on the workflow between the two departments and extensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Gather supporting documentation for quotes/contracts preparation
- Direct contact with customers & dealer to obtain necessary information or documents
- Maintain accurate workflow between Sales & Credit and Customer Service Department
- Printing, scanning & archiving documents
Requirements:
- Graduate of economy, financial or management faculty would be an advantage (can be a student)
- Preferably having experience in customer service, back office, sales will be a strong advantage (someone who likes people & paper work)
- Communication skills
- Customer focus and responsiveness
- Accuracy in keeping data & numbers correctly
- Understanding basic financial principles
