They are supported by a vast dealer network across the world.CSR is an administrative role within the department, dealing with queries from the Sales and Customer Service Department.MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Keeping tabs on the workflow between the two departments and extensive data entry and data management requires accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Gather supporting documentation for quotes/contracts preparation
- Direct contact with customers & dealers to obtain necessary information or documents
- Maintain accurate workflow between Sales & Credit and Customer Service Department
- Printing, scanning & archiving documents
Requirements:
- economy, financial, or management graduate - would be an advantage - STUDENT'S ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY
- Preferably having experience in customer service, back office, and sales will be a strong advantage (someone who likes people & paperwork)
- Communication skills
- Customer focus and responsiveness
- Accuracy in keeping data & numbers correctly
- Understanding basic financial principles
