The role will be mainly handling the customer services and customer relations responsibilities within the country for the Company. The role will be handling the customer relations and customer experience within the country, handling the customer inquiries from B2B and B2C within the company. The role be responsible for the customer issues that happens within the production and the delivery of the products within his areas of expertise.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years in the Packaging Manufacturing or Packaging Distribution Industry.
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/commerce or related field which support
- Customer Service Leadership.
- Understands the importance of building a team and being active team member
- Have an appreciation for co-creating a positive value driven organization and culture
- Possesses advanced IT skills; and well versed with software programs
