As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary contact for the clients, ensuring they get the most out of the platform. You'll support clients through the entire campaign process, from initial setup to final performance analysis, while building strong, long-term relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients from the initial campaign setup through to the final performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor campaign performance and offer suggestions for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and resolve any issues.
- Identify new opportunities for clients, including suggestions for additional campaigns and projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, ideally in digital marketing or influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills focused on client needs.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
- Fluency in English.
