Role : Customer Success Manager Role

Job Requirements:
1. Tech platform demos to prospective external customers - needs to work closely with the platform/software sales team
2. Customer on-boarding to tech platforms
3. Regular interactions with onboarded customers to ensure best customer experience
4. Document feedback and communicate it to the product team
5. Track platform usage and present it to the internal stakeholders
6. Raise invoice and followup on payments
7. Organise webinars showcasing tech product.
