As a Customer Account Solution Engineer within our client's team, you play a pivotal role as the liaison between their customers and their tech experts. Your deep understanding of the customer's environment allows you to bring invaluable insights back to our product, engineering, and AI teams. On the customer front, you collaborate closely with our customer success and sales teams to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with our Customer Success specialists to orchestrate the implementation of our client's solutions for both new and existing customers, ensuring seamless integration into their workflows and systems.
- Identify integration opportunities within the customer's tech stack and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new solutions.
- Utilize SQL to provide reports and recommendations on system performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer support for customer accounts, promptly addressing any issues or concerns by routing them to the appropriate channels.
- Conduct initial analysis of SAML/Platform-related issues and bugs, reporting them to our Engineering Team when necessary.
- If needed, take proactive measures to automate issue resolution processes using various programming languages.
- Develop expertise in our client's connectors to customer-specific data sources.
Who You Are:
- Proficient in communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Driven by the success of customers and eager to leverage cutting-edge technology.
- Have strong programming skills in Typescript & NodeJS or hands-on experience in software development with proficiency in other programming languages.
- Well-versed in Rest APIs, SQL, and web technologies.
- Reliable, responsible, and adaptable to a hybrid or remote work environment.
- Fluent in English, with fluency in German as a plus.
- Embrace challenges and view failures as opportunities for growth.
- Enthusiastic about experimenting with new technologies to achieve objectives.
Bonus Points:
- Knowledge of Azure and Kubernetes is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in NodeJs and Typescript is a plus.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field would be beneficial, but practical knowledge in relevant areas is equally valued.
- Perhaps you come from an entirely unrelated background but have discovered a natural aptitude for software development.
