We are looking for candidates with the following experience
- Must have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Must have experience handling calls, emails and chats in a fast paced environment.
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette
- Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in English
- Able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time, independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers (internal or external)
- Focus on maintaining high level of accuracy and FCR
- Possess flexibility and ability to effectively perform multiple functions at a time
- Ability to listen and pay attention to details
- Ability to effectively work with a team
- Ability to be thorough, analytical and resourceful
- Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different classes of people and liaise with multiple teams to resolve operational issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and still meet up with deadlines without making errors
- He/she must be highly motivated, open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence
- Basic level of Excel knowledge is a must. Intermediate Excel experience is highly preferred.
