1. Strong experience deploying modules – Finance (GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Cost accounting conceptual knowledge, budgeting, Product information management, inventory and warehouse management, procurement, Sales & marketing, Service Management, Jobs / Projects Module
a. Areas of concentration desired include.
i. Strong knowledge on Finance – IFRS & GAAP
ii. Jobs and Service Management modules
2. Experience deploying Finance modules for multiple legal entities from different geographic locations managed via W1 version, with country specific localizations.
3. Experience working with FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing (discrete & process), IT service industry or other.
4. Experience in handling any other ERPs like SAP and NetSuite
5. Experience on data management tools for project documentation
6. Experience working on MIS reporting (account schedule) for complex requirement and knowledge of Power BI
7. Should have basic project management skills
8. Experience working on consolidation of legal entities.

9. Microsoft certifications for Finance – Advanced
10. Strong conceptual knowledge on revenue recognition process (project management & accounting) / Jobs
11. Prior experience of being in presales providing demo of entire application to prospects
12. Strong Documentation skills – FRD, Solution design, Experience participating in cut over planning and go-live execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work as part of implementation teams ranging for 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP Projects.
2. Work directly with clients to implement D365 Business Central (on-premises / cloud / SaaS) configured to account for client business processes.
3. Requirement gathering / Analysis to be performed at customer location and site visits to be performed for understanding the solution requirement.
4. Configuration of modules – product information management, procurement, sales & marketing, Inventory and warehouse management, Manufacturing, Jobs, and Service Management modules.
5. Creation / personalization of Role center for all modules, user security roles and workflows required.
6. Configurations of business process models and workflows (standard) as per requirement and ensure best practices for industry is followed.
7. Prepare documents necessary as a part of deliverable – Functional requirement document, configuration document, cut over planning, training documents (must include task recorders from D365 BC), go-live and project summary report.
8. Preparation of test scripts as per business need and support customer on UAT (User acceptance testing)
9. Utilize sure step for delivery of project work.
10. Actively participate with junior consultants and customers for data mapping, extractions, transformation, and load.
11. Actively participate in user training and UAT
12. Active communication with technical team for customizations development with supporting document – FDD (functional design document)
13. Perform demo of application to new prospects
14. Upskill the knowledge as per new and advanced features released by Microsoft.
15. Support Project management team with planning, ETA, Deliverables, and status updates for each assignment
16. Creation of MIS reports / Account Schedules as per business requirement
17. Actively initiate cut-over planning, sign offs from customer and preparation of go-live.
