THE PROJECT

Our client is an international company that is based in Germany and Spain. It provides specialised services for the pharma, biotech and medical device industries.

They are focused on consulting, regulatory affairs, quality management and compliance, and pharmacovigilance. As well as development innovations, merger and acquisition support.

THE ROLE

You will be a Solution Architect to support the international ERP implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O in the company, and to lead the definition of solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 ERP, as well as define engagement outcomes and business benefits, high-level scope, architecture, implementation approach and effort estimates

You will work both as a team player and independently, therefore you must have excellent communication skills and confident manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfil managing architect role on ERP engagements participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization
• Define ERP technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development and testing phases
• Be a subject matter expert for ERP and industry related topics
• Conduct training for regional resources
• Work with ERP Solutions team and area/regional solution teams and practices to develop and refine specific assets
• Understand the ERP product roadmap, release dates and launch activities
• Support relationship with solution alliance partners

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 + years’ experience in management business transformation with a strong focus on ERP
• Strong consulting acumen and understanding of ERP from a functional and implementation perspective
• Demonstrated engagement leadership and execution experience
• Fluency (Written and oral) in English
• Second language (Italian, German, Spanish) is a plus
