Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage data pipelines with Databricks to ensure seamless and reliable delivery.
• Create ETL/ELT workflows to streamline key business data operations.
• Enhance data performance through advanced T-SQL, PySpark, and ABAP programming.
• Design and implement data warehouses and models on SAP BW to support analytics.
• Oversee pipeline performance, identify issues, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Leverage cloud technologies, preferably Azure, for scalable solutions.
• Ensure timely troubleshooting and support in compliance with SLAs.

Candidate requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on experience in ETL/ELT development using SSIS, Databricks, and ABAP.
• Hands-on experience in data virtualization through SAP BO and SAP BW.
• Proficient in programming with SQL, Python, PySpark, and ABAP.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Flexible to provide support across different time zones.
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach.
• Embraces a growth mindset and continuous learning.
• Curious and driven to explore emerging technologies for improving data platforms.
