The role will focus on transforming large datasets into meaningful insights to support operational, academic, and business decision-making across multiple sites. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making across a multi-location organization, supporting both operational efficiency and strategic growth through accurate reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business-wide reporting
• Translate business requirements into clear data insights and visual reporting solutions
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities
• Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support data integration and reporting within Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of DAX
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation
• Experience with Power Query (ETL and data transformation)
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Pivot, dashboards)

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst
• Strong experience in Power BI, Python, SQL, and reporting tools
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Must be an immediate joiner
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
