Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: USA, Georgia, Boston/ Atlanta/ Chicago/ Pleasanton

Job Purpose:
The primary function of the Data Analyst is to contribute to daily operations in the Data Center, ensuring that critical tracking and billing services are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The Data Analyst will also oversee analysis efforts in the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain daily data center operations, ensuring transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Event Errors
- Inventory Errors
- Billing Errors
- Audits and Alerts
- Ensure department delivers high standard of tracking and billing accuracy
- Institute best practices – identify issues, gather appropriate resources to work through and resolve problem.
- Oversee daily analysis operations
- Internal Analysis – key client metrics, data/billing, customer support transactions, internal audits
- External – oversee training efforts and support Insights/Self-Service options
- Contribute to Dept Reporting efforts
- Write custom SQL to identify system issues
- Develop Jasper reports for auditing/alerting purposes
- Drive communication efforts within department – elevate support issues to Client team and Mgr as necessary
- Coordinate data training efforts for new employees and cross-training purposes
- Represent department on any initiatives that involves tracking knowledge
- Contribute to new program implementation efforts
- Lead effort to define future data processes and user interfaces and work with development to ensure product meets department needs

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four- year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Understanding of Relational Databases and SQL a plus.
