Roles & Responsibilities

Candidates should have an ability to think strategically, managing senior stakeholders to understand their needs and anticipate future requirements.

·         Should have a pivotal role in converting business requirements into data models which allow the creation of visualisations that drive action from the customers.

·         Should work collaboratively with Finance Business Partners, Business Analysts, MicroStrategy Developers and Data Engineers as part of an agile tam.

·         Ability to understand user requirements, build Bus Matrices and Source to Target Mappings that can be easily used to create automated data feeds driving visualisations that deliver real value and actionable insight to users.

·         Experience with engaging with stakeholders and gathering business requirements (esp. for BI projects)

·         Excellent Data Modelling skills (RDBMS concepts, Normalisation, dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schema etc)

·         Excellent SQL coding skills

·         Experience in using one or more data visualisation tools (preferably MicroStrategy)

·         Familiar with Agile delivery process

·         Ability to collate information from relevant sources for analysis and reporting relevant data trends for informed decision making
