Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies for asset management and performance optimization.
- Oversee the integration of asset data into centralized analytics platforms for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and manage predictive models and advanced analytics for asset reliability and lifecycle management.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure data collection processes and asset performance metrics are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in asset management strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies that improve asset management processes.
- Establish performance benchmarks for assets and implement monitoring mechanisms to ensure consistent performance.
- Develop and present actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making on asset optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to asset data management.
- Manage a team of data scientists and analysts, providing mentorship and guidance in advanced data analytics techniques.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement data-driven solutions for asset management challenges.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.
- Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders to improve data literacy and understanding of analytics outputs.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on asset management or industrial data analytics. Proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models and working with large datasets in a business or industrial context.
- Experience with asset management software, IoT sensors, and predictive maintenance tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability and at least 3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of professionals/ experts.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management.
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency.
