Key job responsibilities

• Handle security incidents, escalations or any other security related issues.
• Participate in data center security audits and reviews.
• Executes established compliance processes with Aavas policies, standards, guidelines and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provides input on, and may develop security methodologies, policies and procedures.
• Write reports and communicate with management on the status of physical security operations.
• Oversee new security construction on upcoming projects.
• Manage the security P&L and assist management with financial analysis and contribute to financial decisions for security requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to protect Aavas Data Center personnel, information and assets.
• Must have a proactive approach towards Real-time analysis of immediate threats, and timely threat response system.
• To work closely with CISO and to make sure all risk highlighted are closed within time frame.
• Create SOPs, templates for internal monitoring and procedures related to IT Governance and Excellence to ensure compliance with NHB regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, MCA/BCA or equivalent with professional experience in security.
• Overall, 8-12 years with 4+ years of Financial or Banking work experience.
• Experience of working in a highly secure environment.
• Proven working experience as Information Security Officer or Information security Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of Information security, Cyber security and its best practices.
• Hands on knowledge of different Information security frameworks, standards and Certifications and driving its implementation in organisation.
• ISO 27001/CASP/CISM/CISSP and any security related certification will be added advantage.
• Must have handled NGFW and DLP solutions for the enterprise and well versed with leading DLP tools and FWs.
• Must possess good knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms, WiFi and switching solutions of Cisco or equivalent.
• Must have handled Mcafee , Trendmicro and Quickheal solutions.
• Knowledge of Cloud and Cloud security will be a plus.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where numerous systems/applications/software are highly dependent.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
