About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to design, implement, and maintain data quality frameworks and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data quality strategies, frameworks, and processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
• Work with cross-functional teams (data engineers, data scientists, and business units) to define data quality standards and monitor adherence.
• Automate data validation and cleansing processes using tools and scripting (Python, ETL tools).
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate and transform data from various sources.
• Design and execute data quality tests to identify and resolve data issues proactively.
• Monitor and track data quality metrics and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve data quality frameworks, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify areas for data quality improvement and provide solutions.
• Support data migration and data integration projects with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in data quality engineering, data management, or a similar field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and scripting.
• Solid experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Experience with Data & AI models and applying data quality principles in machine learning contexts.
• Familiarity with data quality tools and frameworks (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache Nifi).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and inconsistencies.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate data quality issues and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address data quality challenges.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Certification in Data Management, Data Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
