Looking for Dynamic Professionals with one of our leading Multinational Automotive Organization for Tech Domain,Having 14+ years of experience in end to end Analytics Domain, Software Development Life Cycle, Data Visualization.
Must have hands on experience in Pyspark, Python BigData Technology.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

• Managing large teams / capability building for 100 -200 people
• Expertise management of DSF offerings / transversal activities
• Stakeholders management with cross Business Groups within Faurecia globally thus complexity, ambiguity will be high. Agility is key  
• “Go-getter” personality  
• Managing people topics – hiring, skilling, integration in Faurecia, employee engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/master’s degree in any engineering stream (preferably in Computer Science Engineering or E&TC)
• Minimum 13 to 18 years of experience in working on industrial scale projects with prior experience in Big Data, Data Modelling, Data Mining and Segmentation.
• Strong fundamentals with prior working and hands on experience on Big data eco systems (Spark & Hadoop), Python & SQL
• Working knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases, PowerBI, Dataiku, Palantir is must.
