Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science projects.
• Ensure the technical proficiency of the team in programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, and AWS.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from data collection and analysis to model deployment and monitoring.

Technical Proficiency:
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, for deploying and managing data science solutions.
• Experience with MLOps platforms for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.Strong knowledge of Amazon Redshift for data warehousing and analytics.
• Experience with Unix-based systems for data processing and automation.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
