THE ROLE

As a Data Scientist Specialist, you will:

• Assist in the promotion of a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
• Contextualize and analyze the results with the goal of obtaining practical conclusions.
•  Design and conduct experiments in partnership with your team.
• Discover and manage all company data sources efficiently, always searching for ways to improve and streamline their use.
• Using machine learning and statistical techniques, derive insights from platform usage, bridge diverse data sources, and uncover behavioral patterns.
• Understand and prioritize data-related duties for the team of data analysts.
• Develop machine learning models to forecast behavior, which the engineering team will industrialize.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• +5 years of experience with large scale cloud-based data technologies such as Python/PySpark, AWS ELT environment, S3, RedShift etc.
• High knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and RDBMS databases.
• Data modeling and ELT / ETL.
• Fluency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience working with large data sets.
• Experience in creating predictive and descriptive models.
• Fluency in English.
