Are you passionate about turning data into growth strategies? We’re looking for a Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives, build predictive models, and deliver insights that drive performance across ecommerce and digital marketing channels.
Your Role:
As a Data Scientist, you’ll manage the full analytics workflow — from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and strategic recommendations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including ecommerce, CRM, and marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy predictive models (forecasting, segmentation, time-series).

Develop and maintain data pipelines using Spark, Python, and Airflow.

Work with BigQuery and other GCP tools to manage cloud data architecture.

Create dashboards and visual reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

Translate complex data into clear business insights for various stakeholders.

Align data projects with business KPIs and support strategic planning.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in Data Science / Predictive Analytics, ideally in ecommerce or digital environments.

Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and SQL (BigQuery a plus).

Hands-on experience with Spark (Python/Scala), Airflow, and Git.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably GCP).

Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience building scalable, reusable data models and pipelines.
