Key Responsibilities:

●    Developing Machine Learning based products in AdTech Industry - work includes all stages from research to writing actual production code 
●    Working with engineers to deploy, monitor and maintain Machine Learning models in production 
●    Performing analysis of company new projects business and technological processes, identifying opportunities, and formulating a hypothesis to solve
●    Communicate with business stakeholders - gathering the requirements and presenting the result of your work
●    Collaborate with product and Data Science teams on general development and ML infrastructure and tooling

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

●    Have 2+ years of experience 
●    Good knowledge of SQL and experience in using it in data processing pipelines
●    Knowledge of Python and Python data and visualization libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly)
●    Proficiency in classical ML modeling techniques - Linear and logistic regression, Decision Trees, Ensemble methods
●    Analyzing opportunities identified by business stakeholders and SME and translating them into Ml/DS solutions, asessing potential project complexity and scope
●    Experience in working with SMEs or stakeholders to present work results using this business language
●    Experience working in a diverse team on complex technological solutions

Will be a plus:

●    Experience in reading ML papers and transforming their ideas into product features or algorithms enhancenments
●    Experience with designing and analyzing A/B experiments using statistical tests
●    Experience with RecSys domain
●    Experience or understanding of the AdTech or MarTech industry
