Skills Required:

• Operation Research, Linear & Non-Linear programming, Network models, Evolutionary

computing (GA, PSO, NSGA) & Convex Optimization

• Working knowledge of commercial solvers like CPLEX, GUROBI and mathematical modeling platforms like AIMMS.
• Machine Learning, Statistics
• Python, R, SQL, MS Excel, Tableau/Power BI
• Basic data engineering knowledge on data base management, ETL and Automation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and deployment of machine learning models on cloud

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand how to attack a data science problem and come up with relevant approach(es)
• Ingest, transform and store clean and enriched data in form ready for business intelligence consumption
• Apply strong expertise in machine-learning, data mining, and information retrieval to design, prototype, and build the next-generation analytics engines and services
• Coordinate with other BUs' data scientist to support and coach them on data science best practices
• Understands business problems and designs end-to-end analytics use cases
• Develops complex models and algorithms that drive innovation throughout the organization. This may include improving on-time performance, network planning, etc.,
• Conducts advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance
• Collaborates with model developers to implement and deploy scalable solutions
• Provides thought leadership by researching best practices, conducting experiments, and collaborating with industry leader
