Data Solutions Architect who is adapted migrating in-house data warehouse and business intelligence to cloud and also do transformation while migration.

Role & Responsibility

•            A customer-centric and energetic person that can lead and solutionize complex Data Warehouse, Cloud migration programs

•            Lead and create E2E technical solution, roadmap of Cloud transformation of on-premise Data Warehouse and Hadoop data lake to next gen Cloud technologies.

•            Lead and mentor Data architect community.

•            Work with internal larger Data and Analytics practice and external   technology partners in undertesting latest technology trends and offerings and incorporate them in solutions for clients

•            Ability to build conceptualize and build Client, Industry relevant POVs and solution and contribute solution repository and GTM

Technical Skills & Experience

Must Have:

•            Minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Warehouse and BI

•            Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience in architecture of modern data platforms using technologies such as Big Data and Cloud

•            Hands on experience of leading large-scale full-cycle Cloud migration of MPP EDW to AWS/GCP

•            Must have executed 2-3 large data engagements from inception to production as an architect

•            Strong AWS/GCP DW architecture knowledge and at least 4-5 years’ experience of AWS cloud DW like Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query

•            Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing and ETL/Data processing technologies like Informatica, Talend, Spark, Hive, Pig, Kafka

•            Experience in building and/or using customized enterprise data ingestion and transformation frameworks

•            Experience in working on Hadoop technologies like Hortonworks, Cloudera

• Deep understanding of database and analytical technologies in the industry including MPP databases (Teradata), NoSQL storage, Data Warehouse design, BI reporting and Dashboard development.

•            Strong data modelling experience

•            Strong communication and client management skills
