Role description: As Data Solutions Architect, you will be:

• Solutioning – Leading proactive propositions, consulting assignments as well as RFX responses in Data Engineering / Business Intelligence / Data Science, covering functional, technical (architecture, design, development, testing, deployment and support), delivery and pricing solutions.
• Solutions articulation: Leading the socialization and presentation of solution proposals, across the wide ecosystem, comprising internal and client stakeholders.
• Solutions delivery oversight
• Value addition in execution
• Team mentorship

Candidate requirements:

• 15 – 20 years of hands-on solutions and delivery experience across the data and analytics lifecycle – across all kinds of data and from diverse sources (within enterprise, from and to external sources, from public cloud, etc.) with diverse integration mechanisms and tools
• Last 7+ years’ hands-on experience leading solution architecture and delivery of Big Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics projects
• Recent experience in the Banking and FS domain – highly preferable
• Specific hands-on knowledge of one or more tools from each of following buckets
  • Data modelling
  • Data Appliances: Netezza or Teradata
  • ETL: Ab Initio or Talend
  • Business Intelligence: Tableau or Qlik
  • Data Lake
  • Data Warehousing
  • Data Quality & Governance
  • API based Data Consumption
  • Master Data Management
  • Metadata Management
  • AI / ML: Python or R (preferable)
  • Data Science (preferable)
• Experience in TOGAF or Zachman framework – preferable
• Certification (Associate / Architect) in Analytics & AI / ML and in cloud technologies (AWS / GCP/ Azure) – highly preferable
• In-depth knowledge of more than one business domain – BFSI, Healthcare, Retail etc. is preferred
• Proven record of client endorsements and great customer satisfaction ratings
• Thought leadership in this space with industry recognition
