In this role you will play a central role in helping the company better understand its business by taking a data-driven approach and will be instrumental in supporting the General Manager's office in making strategic decisions.

Reporting directly to the Italian General Manager and Head of Strategy Manager Europe, the person will be responsible for:

• Optimize debt collection strategy across all channels, maximizing campaign ROI.
• Develop strategies, account prioritization and differentiation of client treatments, including optimal use of external agencies and internal resources
• Conduct testing, analyze and interpret results, and present fact-based recommendations for improving collection performance
• Custom reporting using SQL and BI tools, with the aim of providing valuable insights and recommendations to the business
• Communicating results and providing insights to support hypotheses
• Present data insights to stakeholders and in company meetings
• Perform data quality checks to maintain and ensure data integrity for both internal and external data elements and partners
• Collaborate with strategy across the PRA group to share results and best practices to advance strategy in operations
• Team management (2 direct reporting resources).

Required:

• Master's degree in STEM disciplines or Economics or Business Management
• Prior experience of at least 5/7 years in the role
• Coming from the world of strategic consulting or structured business environment in finance
• Excellent knowledge of SQL for reporting
• Good knowledge of PowerBI for datavisualization
• Excellent advanced knowledge of the English language
• Ability to coordinate a team
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data interpretation
