We are looking for a Team Manager (Data Analyst) for a firm which is a leading provider of global economic time-series data together with analytical tools that allow financial professionals worldwide to quickly find, analyse and visualise relevant data. The company's inetgrated tools enable customers to avoid time-consuming processes enhancing enterprise-wide collaboration and improving their productivity. The firm offers its services to more than 700 companies globally.

ROLE

As a financial expert, you will be in charge of managing a 10+ people team and you will need to accurately analise large sets of data. We're looking for highly motivated, flexible and business oriented individual with a Macroeconomics perspective. You need to be comfortable with managing data in a daily basis, be able to classify it rapidly and identify errors. You will have to assure the delivery of top quality information and report it satisfactorily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the team, driving goals achievement, work coordination and team cooperation
• Goal setting, performance evaluation and driving individual development of team members
• Motivating employees, maintaining a positive atmosphere and ensuring efficiency through engagement and best use of competences
• Supporting the organization in building a culture of feedback and open communication
• Change management and assuring that all relevant information is passed to the team
• Monitoring and reporting progress of projects and tasks to Management
• Working closely with other teams to ensure business alignment
• Continued professionalization and delegating tasks to the team

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in international environment
• Team management skills
• High communication and listening skills
• Understanding of macroeconomics, key economic concepts and methods
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage and deliver within deadlines
• Negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1)
• University education - certificate/diploma in Economics or other related subjects is an asset
