Responsibilities:

1.            Responsible for owning up People Analytics Data Visualization by yourself with minimal handholding.

2.            Generate compelling dashboards for consumption of Business or Leadership Team to enable direct actions.

3.            Establish processes that ensure seamless report refreshes in set periods without leading to information overdose.

4.            Typical work includes Business Intelligence, leveraging Tableau & Power BI for Dashboard Development, Reporting Automations.

5.            Develop a strong understanding of the company’s underlying workforce challenges, translating them into long term business problems and providing sustainable solutions that are applicable across business units.

Requirements:

1.            Exceptional ability to communicate insights through impactful storyboarding using Power BI/ Tableau and customize views based on Row Level Security.

2.            Grounded understanding of Data modelling using / with DAX queries. Execution-driven and results-oriented to ensure strategy translates to outcomes.

3.            Ability to project manage and execute multiple deliverables, set timelines, independently drive the process forward and stakeholder management.

4.            Ability to work in ambiguity and patience and stamina to translate long term roadmap into wins and milestones for organizational impact.

5.            4+ years of relevant experience as a Tableau/ Power BI developer or data visualization/reporting and insights analyst role.

Good To Have:

1.            Experience in the Media domain.

2.            4+ years of work experience with data wrangling tools such as SQL, R, Python, Advanced Excel
