Seeking experienced Deep Learning Developers to join their dynamic team. In this role, they will collaborate directly with their research and development team to create and deploy cutting-edge deep learning tools and techniques.

What you will Contribute
- Designing and implementing deep learning tools and infrastructure to address challenges in early disease detection.
- Innovatively exploring state-of-the-art methodologies and algorithms based on deep learning.
- Collaborating on model, code, and software enhancements, and executing associated research with a team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets in the context of early disease detection and identification of disease signatures across various disease types.
What you will bring
- MSc or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering, with a specialization in Deep Learning.
- 3+ years of post-study experience applying deep learning algorithms for research and/or product development, ideally in an industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning fundamentals and state-of-the-art practices.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and bash scripting.
- Experience with the Pytorch framework.
- Experience in the analysis of high-throughput, quantitative technologies in healthcare (e.g., genomics, epigenomics, proteomics, transcriptomics) is a plus.
- Ability to produce tested production-ready code, managed with Git.
- Proficiency in programming, including parallelization and code optimization with Python.
- Experience working with Big Data.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Efficient management and organizational skills to meet established timelines.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, self-motivation, proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Extensive experience working cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
