It therefore becomes imperative that before harnessing these technologies for their customers it is adequately tested for its functionalities, security, performance and ability to serve their customers seamlessly. Our client helps Banks to launch their products faster and effectively in the market provides end to end testing services including BAU testing, system migration/upgrade testing as well as new system testing. User Acceptance Testing

Context of the role: The company has now set up a new vertical to service the Banks, Insurance companies, Capital Market segment using TCS BaNCS application.
 

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities (KAM and Delivery)

1. Managing Testing Programs of  key accounts
2. Project Budgeting, Managing Project Profit & Loss, and Project Delivery & Project Quality for the Banking & Insurance projects and managing resources across projects at ME & APAC region.
3. Working as Agile Coach and Mentor project team on adoption of Agile methodologies for the selected release.
4. Managing the SDLC for TCS BaNCS software- right from Software development, Implementation to customisation and training
5. Setting up Testing Centre of Excellence(COE) for client,
6. Own the company’s targets of developing the key account in the manner that the entire gamut of testing opportunities is handled by the company
7. Driving business growth through spearheading deliveries
8. Meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
9. Preparing and obtaining approvals for IT Revenue, Capital and Manpower budgets based on corporate guidelines while Monitoring and optimizing IT spend.

Team size: 20 plus people

Skills / Experience 

• Should have implemented TCS BaNCS software in Banks/Insurance companies/Brokering firm
• Should have governed the entire SDLC
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained.
• Should have a keen eye for cost control
• Should be ready for stationing themselves at client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
