Hiring for a Delivery Manager (Senior Manager or Associate Director) - Client Services, for a specialist Outsourced Product Development, Digital Engineering and Analytics / AI &ML solutions provider in scale-up mode

Our client is a provider of a variety of highly specialised suite of services and solutions, covering outsourced product engineering, digital engineering and legacy transformation and Analytics / AI & ML. They are in rapid ramp up mode and have been consistently investing in leadership capacity, in view of ongoing rapid growth

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Delivery Manager (Client Services)
• Role Level: Senior Manager or Associate Director
• Reporting Manager: Head of Digital (VP)
• Location: Chennai

Roles and responsibilities:

• Steer delivery of a portfolio of engagements in Outsourced Product Development, Digital Engineering and Analytics / AI &ML, Testing / QA and allied services, for a few anchor clients
• Own the portfolio P&L
• Interface actively with client stakeholders
• Lead customer advocacy, leading to client delight, manifesting in consistently high CUSAT ratings of all accounts in the portfolio
• Team leadership, with 7-8 immediate reports (Architects, Project Managers) and total span of 80-100
• Contribute to expanding account, through delivery excellence
• Help solutions and sales teams win new accounts

Candidate requirements:

• 10-15 years of total experience, with about 8 years of recent experience in managing projects and programs, in relevant services
• Graduation / Post-graduation
• Technical competence in one or more technical stacks in the relevant solutions and services
• Onsite experience in the US or the UK – highly preferable
• Recent (about 3 years) experience of leading a portfolio of at least $ 3-5 million of annual revenue – highly preferable
• Soft skills and competencies commensurate with experience
