• Title / Designation: Delivery Manager - NoCode AI
• Reporting to: CEO
• Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to scale Series A enterprise-grade B2B technology products to Series C level.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow subscription-based business.
• Manage multiple delivery teams across multiple products for excellent quality & customer delight
• Lead/manage product engineering & solution architects for best-in-class solution, designs & product engineering
• Lead/manage customer engagement teams for product & customer solutions delivery ensuring quality, within cost & on time
• Manage software engineering, design & quality processes, systems to setup effective delivery center
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
• Build strong relationships and manage stakeholders across Business Development, Pre-Sales, and HR.
• Collaborate with peers to align delivery goals with company objectives

Candidate requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in scaling enterprise-grade B2B technology products from Series A to Series C.
• Proven experience in managing multiple delivery teams and ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Strong background in product engineering and solution architecture.
• Experience with NoCode AI technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and development.
• Expertise in managing software engineering, design, and quality processes.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
