• Title / Designation: Delivery Manager
• Location:  Hartford, CT
• Work Mode: Remote

Role & responsibilities:

• Responsible for all deliveries of the account, account farming and need to manage and build strong customer relationship with CXO and leadership team.
• Closely work internally with all practices to bring the right value to the account.
• Participate with sales and pre-sales on proposals and opportunities.
• Lead organizational-level projects while collaborating with offshore PMs.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in managing medium to large size accounts and any Oracle Fusion model.
• Functional/Technical knowledge to manage critical issues and escalations.
• Experience in delivery management involving multiple Pus.
• Ability to engage with Business user and CXO level stakeholders.
• Strong technical background to build solution, estimate and manage delivery teams effectively.
