Delivery Manager: Head Customer Delivery & Product Engineering – India
Location: Hyderabad
Report to: CEO
Requirements/Skills:
1. Relevant experience of scaling series A Enterprise grade B2B Technology product / subscription-based business to series C level
2. Strong experience, and expertise in managing multiple delivery teams across multiple products for excellent quality & customer delight
3. Lead/manage product engineering & solution architects for best-in-class solution, designs & product engineering
4. Lead/manage customer engagement teams for product & customer solutions delivery ensuring quality, within cost & on time
5. Manage software engineering, design & quality processes, and systems to set effective delivery centers.
6. People leadership
7. Strong relationship & stakeholder management with peers across BD, Pre Sales & HRThe leader who will report to the CEO & ensure products and custom development are delivered across multiple product lines of the Client
This position will be based in Hyderabad for someone with a strong IT Product background and one who has experience in delivering to customers in India and internationally.
