Our Client is a world-leading Manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry.

For their growing operations in Viotia, they are searching for a ‘’Demand & Supply Planning Manager’’ to effectively create and maintain an efficient production plan that meets customers and sales requirements as well as the company’s objectives while minimizing production cycle times and effectively utilizing inventory and resources.

Your responsibilities:

Ø  Owner of Sales & Operations Planning meetings.

Ø  Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications and project specific requirements.

Ø  Responsible for the short-term production sequence to minimize the changeover time.

Ø  Coordinate with the Planning team to align short term schedule with mid / long term planning.

Ø  Managing accurately the SAP systems input data ensuring that data in system are correct and updated.

Ø  Match scheduling plans with company inventory policy and targets.

Ø  Close collaboration with all supply related stakeholders (planning, logistics, mills, raw materials, ect).

Ø  Ensure resources (manpower, equipment, materials) are available for the production.

Ø  Identify opportunities to improve the manufacturing or production process through more effective scheduling management.

Ø  Review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

Ø  Proactively identify, report, and address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

Ø  Prepare reports of production KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Your profile:

Ø  Strong academic credentials in Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Ø  Minimum 5 years of professional experience in production or scheduling planning roles.

Ø  Expertise in planning and management of stocks.

Ø  Extensively involved in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).

Ø  Strong SAP (ERP) user.
