Key Responsibilities:

1. Purchasing

• Consolidate and key all purchase orders for all buys to the system
• Ensure all ad-hoc, SMU, ‘buy of the week’ buys are placed within set deadline
• Place all global orders with IAS via EDI/B2B or CSV upload file and confirm PO placements made within the set window deadlines
• Place all ad-hoc or direct buys directly to relevant factory
• Monitor open to buy allocation and ensure PO placement aligns with available OTB by ex factory month
• Key all salesman sample styles and shipments to System.
• Work with product merchandising teams to manage sample inventory.
• Review all purchase order receipts for accuracy, ensure any misc receipts are reversed and corrected by financial EOM

2. Production

• Produce weekly footwear, apparel, and accessory production reports.
• Crosscheck all relevant dates and status updates to identify delays/issues. Liaise with IAS Hong Kong to resolve.
• Monitor XFD push outs and ensure correct XFD is input to system
• Communicate all delays to the leadership team for the decision making.
• Style Management
• Maintain style creation logic in Aurora to ensure correct widths/size masks are setup for each category
• Cross check all new styles in Aurora each season and update market specific attributes as required  Work with merchandising team to review all styles and update quarterly to reflect product life cycle Update and maintain all wholesale pricelists, and retail pricelists in Aurora
• Create UPC’s for locally sourced styles when/if required
• Role Reports Into: Head of Operations

3. Key Measures:

• Purchase orders are placed according to buy window deadlines
• Warehouse input KPIs are achieved
• Aurora data integrity is maintained and accurate

4. Outcome Statements:

• Warehouse inbound productivity and relationship is maintained
• System data integrity is accurate and reviewed regularly Deadlines are achieved and product flow efficiently meets the needs of the business Individual Attributes:

Minimum Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Demand Planning/Purchase Administration within Fashion/Retail industry is a must.
• Must have advanced Microsoft Excels skills
• Candidate must be based in UAE for this role
