JOB SUMMARY
To provide technical know-how and identify activities to introduce technologies. Understand customer needs and provide solutions. Build talent capability and develop talent pipeline.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities
- Support strategy to build Electrification and Mechatronics competencies in India
- Central R&D Initiatives
- Global Mechatronics support -Execute Technology roadmaps within Global Mechatronics network.
- MTE team acquisition and team building
- Understand Customer needs and satisfactory solutions
Key Activities
- Central R&D initiatives:
- Support the set-up of COE for BSW Open ECU and AUTOSAR
- On-board and organize the training for these candidates - Involvement in the projects and start delivery
- VnV bench Farm : Prepare concept
- To be discussed and finalized capacity of internal resources to work else go for external resources
- Prepare concept and proposal for 2 Motor EDU dSPACE bench and create RFA
- Prepare concept and proposal for dSPACE bench upgrade to support 2 Motor EDU - Prepare concept and proposal for the new dSPACE bench to support the 2 Motor EDU Prepare RFA based on approval work on the implementation
Global Mechatronics activates:- Work with global teams on the focus areas Mechatronics Teams and Prepare TDP Inputs from MTE for Embedded Controls
MTE:
- Coordination with global teams and ensuing the Schedule and effort variance targets
- Embedded HW Testing
- PE for domestic support based on the HC approval and collaboration from domestic teams and RASIC
- Communicate customer needs and concerns throughout all levels of the organization both verbally and through various written texts and presentations.
