Lead business development and out-licensing of novel antibiotic NCEs across Latin America, Middle East, and Asia

Drive strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies for innovator product licensing

Support end-to-end execution of NCE out-licensing transactions

Develop market and competitive intelligence using IQVIA and other data sources
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong CXO/BD-level relationships with regional and global pharma partners

Prepare out-licensing collateral including teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations
-
Evaluate commercial proposals and lead deal negotiations
-
Perform financial analysis including P&L modeling, NPV simulations, and value drivers for negotiations
-
Support drafting and review of CDAs, term sheets, MOUs, LOIs, and commercial agreements
-
Prepare C-suite–level presentations with clear strategic recommendations
-
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, legal, and finance
-
Track market trends, competitor activity, and licensing benchmarks in target geographies
