Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our esteemed bank as the Deputy Head of HR. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping HR strategy and driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Collaborate with the Head of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the bank's objectives.
• Provide leadership in the execution of HR initiatives, ensuring their seamless integration with organizational goals.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
• Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.

Employee Relations:

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.

Training and Development:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Drive initiatives to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Collaborate with the Compensation team to design and manage competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles within the Banking/Financial Services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
