Roles & Responsibilities -

1. To take care Financial and monetary aspect of business
2. Dealing with consortium of bankers on daily basis
3. To take care of all CC accounts with the banks & Effective utilisation of working capital limits
4. To take care of all term loan accounts with the banks & arrange finance for projects & Capex
5. Entries in Oracle
6. Handling quarterly consortium meetings and completion of consortium documentation for additional working capital limits along-with renewal
7. Complete documentation for short term unsecured loan and get the amount released
8. Submission of required details to CRISIL for rating exercise and getting the rating done
9. Customer Receipt and Supplier payment in a timely manner
10. Preparation and submission of Stock Statement and other financial information’s as per timelines
11. Close co-ordination with Plant operation team
12. Stat audit & Internal audit handling on quarterly and annual basis
13. Data preparation for statutory and internal audit
14. Working on various options to save finance cost like EPC, PCFC, WCDL
15. Savings calculation
16. Cash flow and fund flow management and preparation
17. Exploring different cost-effective finance resources
18. Handling Channel finance and vendor finance
19. Close co-ordination with Plant operation team
20. Annual operating plan and forecasting for treasury function
21. Monthly MIS preparation and reporting
22. Oracle understanding and Oracle improvement projects
23. Support to CFT for various ad-hoc issues and queries
24. Data preparation for statutory and internal audit

Qualification -

                     CA Inter having 8-10 years of experience in Treasury and banking, preferably experience of working in Oracle ERP for 2-3 years
