We are hiring for Deputy Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis with minimum 2 years of experience (Post qualification of CA) for Pune location. 

​​​​​​Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, analyzing & reporting financials including P & L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital on periodic basis.
• Support in preparation of periodic forecast & annual financial planning.
• Maintain & review accurate books of accounts, in depth variance analysis (AOP Vs Actual) with qualitative comments & budgetary controls for the operative cost.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition, accounting as per IND AS & assist in preparation of revenue forecast & reporting.
• Support in timely preparation of presentations for monthly review meetings, quarterly Board meeting.
• Ensure all internal controls and internal audit compliances in timely manner.
• Co-ordinate with the group companies over applicable transactions.
• Perform various account reconciliations & ledger scrutiny to ensure correct accounting.
• Critical process documentation.
• Analyze business issues & problems, conduct benchmarking study / trend analysis.
