Hiring for the role of Deputy Manager - Internal Control  for one of our prestigious MNC Client with minimum 3 years of post qualification experience (CA) for Gurgaon location. .

The position entails responsibility for the following:

- Assist in scheduling, timing & appropriate staffing of individual audits/assignments.

- Assist in formulating the Audit Plan monthly / quarterly / half yearly annually, objectives & coverage.

- Ensure adequate coverage of all auditable functions/depts. atregular intervals.

- Should have a good understanding of SOX Controls Framework designing and Implementation

- Good process knowledge of TR, P2P, O2C R2R & INV processes

- Independently managing the SOX Testing, Audit and reporting

- Work with Virtual/ Cross functional teams globally

- Preparation of risk-based audit plan &  risk-based audit programs.

- Manage internal audits for the areas assigned.

- Conduct special assignments as instructed by senior managementand composing summary memos, preparing reports and supportive working papers.

- Identification, development and documentation of audit issues and recommendations.

- Review of various statutory compliances.
