Major Responsibilities:

Market Mapping –Understand market potential and help identify trade areas.

Market & demographic research to identify the most profitable locations in the target areas.

Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties – ROI, Rental outflow.

Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team and Manage landlord.

Evaluate and recommend changes on rent / pricing strategies.

Collection and reviewing rental and other commercial benchmark data of properties in identified cities and identified locations.

Development of vendors for effective real estate management.

Association with other Real estate players for properties across the region.

Implement and monitor effective lease renewal and relocations programs.

Track upcoming developments & create a pipeline.

Location                   :  Vijayawada (AP) / Pune /  Ahmedabad / Indore

YOE                            :  3+  years’ industry experience

Travelling involves  :  6 days a week.

Qualification            : Any Graduate
