• Review of contracts (Clients and Vendors)
• Compliance to all legal & secretarial compliances without any delays including conducting Board meeting
• Director’s disclosure , AOC-4, MGT-7 , ROC compliances , Statutory Audit etc
• ESOPs management

Contracts review is one of major part of the role and the person will be working with multiple department heads so good communication and presentation is mandatory , also we are looking someone from Indian Start-up culture only
