Responsible for sales and business development of Technical Services: Projects and
Maintenance Service line/ General maintenance/IFM/TFM Services.
• New enquiry generation through customer visit (open to travel extensively to customer sites-
More than 60% of total time availability)
• Understand customer requirements and develop technical and commercial proposal
• Develop & strengthen customer relationships with existing & new customers
• Techno-Commercial offer preparation. Should have good exposure of pricing/costing related
to maintenance services.
• Negotiate with customers for effective translation of business development opportunities to
sales orders.
• Coordinate with the Business development maintenance vertical head to formulate business
plans. covering sales, costs, capital expenditure and manpower resources
• Closely monitoring the industry trends for monitoring competition & developing key
performance indicators for the long-term growth of company business.
• Identify the market, networking to identify new Customers and new areas to work and
finding sustainable growth.
• Should be able to travel extensively in Western & Central Region
• Should be able to understand customer requirement, coordinate with customer, and ensure
a smooth sales process.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Technical
Skillset
• Plant maintenance exposure /utility maintenance exposure /Reliability maintenance etc.
• Experience in Process plants/General industries. Exposure of automotive industry would be
an added advantage.
• Understanding of GMPs and Pharma specific traceability / documentation / compliance
requirements.
• Experience in Equipment maintenance in utility & facility services and automotive plant.
(Press shop, body shop, Machine shop)/General industries
• Knowledge of WCM/ TPM and Breakdown analysis and finding vendors for various services
would be an added advantage
• Having fair Idea on generating MIS reports & maintenance analysis like MTTR, MTBF, UP-
time, OEE.
• Vendor evaluation and finalization
Soft skills • Leadership competencies: Oral & Written communication, Influential, Target Oriented,
Strategic Planning
• Excellent presentation skills and handling of customer relationships
• 6-sigma methodology (preferable)
• Effective communication (Written and spoken English) & presentation skills
• Profound knowledge in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel (for cost building, cost analysis)
• Analytical ability, Problem solving, Team leading at least 6 years independently
