1. Monitor and review vehicle placement plans regularly for existing businesses.

2. Plan, coordinate & implement operations for new business.

3. Ensure regular briefing and adherence to safety, compliance, and service standards.

4. Identify learning needs and programs for employees and/or arrange for capability building programs.

5. Take responsibility and resolve all on ground emergency situations.

6. Review and report operations performance (e.g. occupancy report, speed report etc.)  regularly to close gaps and ensure constant improvement in service quality.

7. Ensure timely billing and payment for BA.

8. Maintain strategic relationship with customers for timely & satisfactory resolution and reduction of customer complaints.

9. Maintain strategic relations with BAs resolution of service deficiencies and meeting vehicle requirements.

10.Ensure maintenance and retention of existing accounts and service improvement.
