DEPARTMENT: Quality and HSE
POSITION: Deputy Manager QSE
QUALIFICATION: B.E in Electrical or Mechanical or Civil. Safety qualification (advanced diploma in Industrial Safety from state technical boards is must.
EXPERIENCE: 12 to 15 years of experience in managing Safety & Environmenal area in Renewable Energy (Wind & Solar)
WORK LOCATION: Chitradurga and Bijapur
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Good Communication, Presentation and Leadership skill
2. Qualified Internal auditor for Integrated Management System
3. Sound knowlege on Environment, Occupational health- safety Management System including legal requirements
4. Renewable Energy Experience will be an added advantage
5. MNC Experience
6. Candidates who can join early

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Plan and conduct various system audit (like Integrated management system, Q- Audit and Legal audit) at wind farm sites. Identify improvement points to strengthen the implementation of integrated management system at site.
2. Support in development, review and maintain IMS documentation system on periodically basis
3. Expert in Safety risk management related routine and non-routine activies perform at wind farm site to ensure safety at site.
4. Expert in managing Health, Safety and Environment system to ensure Zero LTI at site.
5. Maintain HSE records and statistics updated, orderly and easily retrievable manner
6. Monitor, Support, Guide to contractors on hazardous waste management as per KSPCB requirements.
7. Extend active support in organizing corporate reviews, HSE Advisors Forums, Subcontractors Forums, Safety Quiz, Safety syrvey etc
8. Participate in monthly review meeting with contractors to improvement HSE aspects in windfarms sites.
9. Plan and Execute Mock drill on various aspects. Define actions on identified observations to improve the emergency response during emergency situation at site.
10. Lead to celebrate various days (like Road & National safety week, Environmental day & world health and safety day) at site.
11. Plan and execute the Safety walk and identify the safety observations. Actions to be monitored through tracking sheet for closure.
12. Prepare a Flash report related to incident happen at site & define corrective measures to improve the safety
13. Actively participate in incident investigation and conduct Management/Client review
14. Raise Purchase request in SAP on various safety related trainings topics, PPE’s & corporate social initiaves etc.
15. Develop Training Modules and Lead in-house training with Managers and Employees on HSE issues
16. Maintain the training records which execute at site (like attendance sheet, participant feedback form…) and submit to HR Dept
17. Communication & participation with different stack holders to Collect needs from community to develop initiatives for CSR activities. Lead these identified initiatives to implement with the support from contractors & near by windfarm site.
