• Ensures the highest standard of clinical care.
• Maintaining and utilizing a systematic approach to nursing.
• Reviews and updates nursing policies and procedures.
• Actively manages staff performance and completes objective.
• Staff Performance Appraisals both probationary and annual.
• Maintains effective communication with Nursing, Medical and Support Services as required.

*Requirements:-

• B.Sc. of Nursing with at least PHD Degree in hospital administration.
• Advanced interpersonal skills.
• Experience 3 in the same position.
• Extremely Excellent in English.
• Females Only.
