My client is a Pharma Project Integrator. They are specialists in controlled environments and cleanrooms. Whether it is for new investment opportunities based on feasibility studies or technology transfer elevations to make the most of existing facilities, they are the partners to converse on project possibilities.

The company has already done more than 12-13 large consulting projects and as business is growing, there is a need for a project consultant. Accuracy of layout- tech know-how, the turnaround for approvals (1-1.5 months);

Design Process

•             Conceptual Design (where we understand your understanding and bring shape to the project)

•             Basic Engineering (Where we ensure the Viability of the project and estimate the to-tal project specifications and cost)

•             Detailed Engineering (Where Actual factory shop drawings are released, and the project shall now be monitored on a minute basis from technology, quality, and cost perspectives)

Responsibilities

•             Involved in preparing facility design layout like how do machines work, designing the plant land layout utility production block, utility building, admin offices.

•             Inside the production building, placement of machineries, raw material storage, lab placement, etc. – getting approvals from the client, local regulatory body, getting the sign off.

•             MEP Layout review, BOQ review and extraction, Design review, Machine and Equipment Selection.

•             General Layout Preparation for Production & Ancillary Blocks with Room Data Sheet & Room books.
